Pole Dancing Lessons on Your Wii!

Speaking of things to do with your wiimote, Peekaboo Pole is seeking partners to license a pole peripheral for a Wii dancing game. In case you were curious, Peekaboo Pole is the company that masterminded the Carmen Electra pole dancing kit. So on one hand you have Wii Sports and Hannah Montana singing games, and on the other hand you have little kids learning how to strip tease on a pole… all in the comfort of their home! Yay! But seriously, do we actually think that Nintendo would license such a device on their family friendly machine? Microsoft seems like a better option to try to get to sell out.
Spokesman from Peekaboo is quoted as saying: “Ultimately Peekaboo and AT New Media want to do for pole dancing what ‘Guitar Hero‘ did for rock n roll!” Bold words! I mean, honestly I wish them the best of luck. I can only hope that pole dancing catches on with the college girls the same way Guitar Hero catches on with all the college guys. I mean, I’d be much more interested in seeing a hot chick beat “Lady Marmelade” on expert pole-dancing than see some dude who lives in his mom’s basement beat “Through the Fire and the Flames on Expert…”
… or would I?
